To organise a professional Alpaca Show we need sponsors. In 2008 and 2009 we had several sponsors to support the show. This is possible again in 2010. We offer various sponsor possibilities to promote your products on our international Alpacashow.

Advertisement

To all visitors and participants we give a show catalogue for free. The size of this booklet will be A5, full colour. The total circulation will be 2000.

Prices of an advertisement  : 

Full page (A-5):   € 240,00 

Half page        :   € 130,00 

You have to deliver your advertisement digital and in full colour. 

Stands

 
Besides the judging of the alpacas we also want to invite companies to promote themselves at our show with a trade stand. This is the ideal opportunity to promote your company and products to the wider audience. Besides stands from alpaca breeders and fashion we would also like to invite companies with a broader interest. We offer the following:

Business stand 

Larger businesses can rent floorspace for their stand. The standard floorspace is five meter wide and three meter deep. For every extra meter wider (3m²) you’ll have to pay extra. 

Your stand needs to be constructed on Saturday March 20st 2010 after 1.00 pm or Sunday March 21^nd 2010 between 7.30 am and 8.30 am and needs to be cleared and away after 6.00 pm on Sunday or Monday March 22nd between 8.00 am and 12.00 am.  

Prices:  

€ 295,- for a 5 x 3 meter stand 

€   30,- per extra meter 

€   30,- electricity (please use your own cables) 

Trade stand

Smaller companies and/or societies can rent a trade stand on our event where you can offer your products to the public. These stands are 3 meter wide. You can settle your trade stand on Sunday 21^st of March 2010 between 7.30 am and 8.30 am and clear it after 6.00 pm.

Price: €120,-       

Banner

You can also place a banner in the riding hall on a place the organisation decides. It is not allowed to have banners on the animal boxes. The maximum size will be 3 x 1 m.
